The Center is committed to the service of others, and works to be affordable for all. Financial assistance is sometimes available for those individuals who may have financial burdens.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Reservations for services must be secured with a credit card.

Please remember our Doctors & Therapists are reserving their time for you. If you need to cancel your appointment we request 24 hours notice, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service fee.

Payments must be made at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

For your convenience, The Center accepts Cash, Checks, and all major credit cards.
